The Live Your Best Life Education Fund supports the future of Canada’s golf industry by helping emerging leaders pursue education and training opportunities. Up to five scholarship awards are presented each year to help recipients take the next step in their careers.

Apply Online

Complete the application form in full. The application period for 2026 will be June 1 to July 31, 2026.

Follow Up

After completion of this form you will be contacted by a member of the Fund Management Committee for an initial conversation allowing you to elaborate on your application.

Application Process and Evaluation Criteria

After submitting the application form, applicants may be contacted by a member of the Fund Management Committee for a brief conversation to discuss their goals, educational plans, and interest in pursuing a career in the golf industry.

Final decisions are not made until the Committee completes its review process and receives Board approval for any recommended scholarship awards.

Please be aware that applications may be declined and that any scholarship funding received from the Foundation may be considered taxable income by the Canada Revenue Agency.

Evaluation Criteria:

Applications will be reviewed based on several factors, including:

  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.

  • Current employment in the Canadian golf industry or a demonstrated intention to pursue a career within the industry.

  • Enrollment in, or acceptance to, an educational program, certification, training course, or professional development opportunity related to the golf industry.

  • Demonstrated interest in areas such as course operations, grounds, golf operations, food and beverage, administration, marketing, or management.

  • Commitment to professional growth.

  • Quality and completeness of the submitted application.

  • Any supporting documentation provided as part of the application.


Please ensure the application includes the following to help us review your submission promptly:

  • A clear outline of your career goals and how the requested education or training will support your future in the golf industry.

  • Confirmation of enrollment or acceptance into the relevant educational program, course, or training opportunity (if applicable).

  • A brief description of current or previous involvement in the golf industry.

  • Government-issued identification.
