After completion of this form you will be contacted by a member of the Fund Management Committee for an initial conversation allowing you to elaborate on your application.
Application Process and Evaluation Criteria
After completion of this form you will be contacted by a member of the Fund Management Committee for an initial conversation allowing you to elaborate on your application.
Final decisions are not made until the Committee completes all such due diligence and receives Board approval to proceed with any recommended benevolent grant.
Please be aware that applications are often declined and that any grants you may receive from the Foundation are normally considered to be taxable income by the Canada Revenue Agency.
Evaluation Criteria:
· Canadian citizenship.
· Current golf industry affiliation for a minimum of the past 2 years.
· Serious physical or mental health, accident, or similar catastrophic circumstances.
· Extreme financial distress resulting from those personal circumstances.
· Demonstrated significant reduction of all discretionary personal expenses.
· Any alternate financial solutions have already been leveraged.
· Submitted application details, fully completed.
· Explanations within accompanying letter-of-intent.
· Related due diligence verification.
